The procedure in an accident, theft of a vehicle ARVAL CZ s.r.o from 1.1.2009

The accident:

1.	If an accident occurs, you can use the ARVAL ASSISTANCE service by calling the telephone contacts listed on the identification Arval card, which is part of the Driver Set. In case of disabled vehicle you are eligible to require a replacement vehicle or use other services (accommodation, train, airplane, etc. - more information in the brochure Driver Set). The event is to be reported to Arval.
2.	In case of an accident with another vehicle, it is necessary that the other participant carefully complete and sign the form RECORD ON Traffic accidents (will be a part of the driver‘s set from 1.1.2009 for EN vehicles, others receive it together with the highway sign for 2009). If damage to each vehicle is less than 100 thousand. CZK, it is not necessary to call Police of the Czech Rep.   POLICE of the Czech Republic has to be called to the accident in the following cases:   injury of the participants damage of a vehicle or transported goods is more than 100 thousand CZK one of the participants of an accident is intoxicated the transport facilities are damaged (traffic signs, traffic lights, rails) or the road (verge) is damaged in the absence of cooperation by the other participant of an accident and / if he or she leaves the place of an accident (refuses to fill in the form of a traffic accident) you can not secure the flow of the traffic on the road.
3.	On www.allgroup.cz is to be reported the insured loss by the electronic reporting of accidents (there are 3 possible options: "third party liability" – I am a culprit "third party liability" - I was injured "accident insurance" - (such as damage by an unknown perpetrator, damage of the glass, burglary, etc.). Indicate where and when it will be possible to check the vehicle by the technician of the insurance company and attach a copy of your driving license and a record of a traffic accident. 4.	Now you can order a repair work in a contract service of ARVAL CZ.

• Always report POLICE of the Czech Republic
  In case of theft of a part or whole vehicle or damage by unknown offender
  (Vandalism), always call POLICE of the Czech Republic - you are a party to an action
